    Best. Hibachi. In. Greensboro. #HandsDown Tokyo Grill has really stepped up their game with their customer service. A few months back, I had a really bad experience with some employees (who I no longer see there). I recently started going back and everyone there is super friendly. I really appreciate the turn around. The food has even improved.

    My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! The food is delicious! With that being said we just went there to get takeout and saw that they didn’t open until 11:30 today. No problem at all. It was 11:15 so we left and came back after 11:30. Door still locked. Employees walking around staring out the windows at us. Didn’t even bother to come to the door and say hey we are sorry but we are running behind on opening. We would have waited. Be honest and up front and communicate with your customers. Don’t just stare out the window. You saw us the first time when we walked up to the door and you clearly saw us the second time. Do you want our business or not?

    Good food and prices. They just need to work on their phones and their hours. Their phones hardly every work so it's hit or miss when trying to call in for pickup. The only other way to order is walk in. They don't have online ordering, mobile app, or any other way to order. They should at least get their phones working properly and add online ordering to their website. Their hours are limited and half the time they close early due to food shortages. I assume they would get a lot more business if their phones worked properly and they had consistent hours. If it wasn't for frequently closing early and the defective phones, this place would be great. If they also had other ways to order then they would be perfect. Can't complain about the food quality or pricing.

    Some of the best hibachi very! We love coming here! The food is always consistent. The staff are always friendly. Even when they are super busy (lunchtime) they still have great service. We placed a phone in order this time and it was ready in 15 minutes just like they said.
